Sofroney was a longstanding customer of Ginn Computer and the Ginn Rental Software, so when he was considering selling the business about five years ago, he approached Ginn and Haas about possibility of purchasing the business. As the largest rental office in Sea Isle, all agreed and decided to move forward. The Landis Co. offers flexible and competitive sales listings, a large inventory of rental properties, Express Drive-Thru check-in service for tenants and more. The company also offers state of the art internet marketing of its rental and sales listings that are shown on live webcams throughout town that can be viewed on SICNJ.com. The Landis Co. is open daily: Monday through Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.
