Since its opening in 1992, Farina and Boeshe Real Estate Company has been specializing in summer vacation rentals and assisting buyers in acquiring their seashore homes and investment properties. Broker of Record, David Farina and his business partner Barbara Boeshe opened the business at 4315 Landis Avenue and in 2005, built its current office at 4404 Landis Avenue. Farina with more than 45 years experience in real estate and Boeshe with 35 years experience, employ 12 licensed realtors at Farina and Boeshe Real Estate, who are dedicated to helping clients buy, sell or rent their home. Farina has been a lifelong Sea Isle City resident since his family moved to the area in 1911. He grew up in the home that founder Charles Landis built for himself at 320-44th Street. His father owned a shoe repair shop at 40th & Landis Avenue (now the site of AZO Condominiums) and his parents together also operated a fish/grocery store on 43rd Street (now the site of Basilicos Restaurant). Prior to a real estate career, Farina served as the manager of First Savings & Loan Association of Sea Isle City (now First Bank of Sea Isle City). He began his real estate career in Stone Harbor in 1970 at Diller & Fisher Realtors. In aiming to have his own real estate company in his hometown of Sea Isle City, he decided to open Diller-Farina & Associates in 1984 before forming a partnership with his current partner, Barbara, in 1992.
