Restauranteur Bujar Daku and his brother Gani Daku have been serving authentic Italian cuisine in Sea Isle City and Strathmere since they opened La Fontana De Mare in Strathmere in 1998. La Fontana Coast followed in its opening at 5000 Landis Avenue. In growing its restaurant industry, the duo own and operate a number of businesses together; La Fontana De Mare, La Fontana Coast, La Fontana Della Citta in Philadelphia, La Vecchia Fontana and Polpo in Avalon, and Fratelli's Wood Fired Pizzeria. With signature dishes on the menu such as homemade gnocchi Gorgonzola or the veal fontana, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as takeout. During Girls Weekend, La Fontana will offer a 4-course special menu for $35.
