Uncle Oogie's has been dishing out delicious pizza, pasta, sandwiches and more since its debut in 1996. The restaurant, owned by Louis Cerone and his sister, Vicki, was founded by their late mother, Janice Ruth Cerone and the brother and sister duo have ensured the family business remains with the same quality and values since its opening.
Located in the same parking lot as Acme and CVS, Uncle Oogie's offers close to 50 specialty pies, not including the vegan, gluten free, or whole wheat. Favorites on the menu include the Old Italian Pizza, marinated chicken breast, the Oogie special, and the chicken Italian. Not really in the mood for pizza? The restaurant also offers burgers, sandwiches, subs, wraps, Italian entrees and desserts! Uncle Oogie's is also home to customer favorite; The Boli Buns! A fun twist on a classic stromboli. Customers can dip them, dunk them or eat them without sauce, but this fun menu item is a must order. In addition to its Sea Isle City location, Uncle Oogie's also has two locations in Philadelphia: 36 E. Snyder Ave. and 2119 W.
