If you smell sweet cinnamon wafting down the sidewalk, you’re most likely nearing Mallon’s Homemade Sticky Buns. The bakery is known for its homemade, mouthwatering cinnamon buns with different toppings and delectable crumb cake. The massive cinnamon swirls are even enough for two people to enjoy. Founded in Ocean City in 1988, the demand for Mallon’s was undeniable and they expanded to their Sea Isle location in 1990. Jody Mallon and Ger Bourgeois still own the business and have since involved their whole family. Mallon’s treats can be enjoyed even after leaving the shore with their “Bun of the Month Club” – a subscription service where members are sent a dozen buns of a random or choice flavor every month. They ship all year long and their buns make great gifts around the holidays. Mallon’s Homemade Sticky Buns in Sea Isle is open 7am-1pm 7 days a week in the summer through mid-September.
