Uncle Oogie's Pizzeria opened for its 21st season in business in Sea Isle City in a brand new facility in the Acme Shopping center at 6118 Landis Ave. Owner Louis Cerone and his sister Vicki Angelos grew up in the pizza business before venturing towards other careers. Eventually, they helped their late mother Janice Cerone open Uncle Oogie's in Sea Isle City in 1996 and the business continues to produce delicious specialty pizzas, gourmet sandwiches, salads and more. Whether you dine-in or take-out, customers can expect a delicious meal every time they order. Uncle Oogie's features more than 50 specialty pizzas including its new item the Crab Pie, breakfast pizzas, and more. A definite must try is the restaurant's Boli Buns, Uncle Oogie's original twist on the classic stromboli. Uncle Oogie's is now open weekends through Columbus Day so be sure to stop by before they close for the season.
